April's Members Appreciation - Tiffany Bright

In April, we celebrate our wonderful register member Tiffany Bright, a meditation teacher in Stisted in Essex.   Tiffany runs a health and wellbeing centre which provides a nurturing space for learning new skills or receiving relaxing treatments.

We asked Tiffany to provide some information about her business, her teachings and her own meditation experience, so that you can get to know her better.

Here is what Tiffany told us about her own meditation experience…

“Seven years ago I experienced a life changing event that sent me spiralling out of control, over-analysing all possible outcomes and how this could be happening to me.  I leaned heavily on my husband, but could see the negative effect that was having on him.  I had received a few email invitations from a high profile meditation coach in the States and decided to read them. I looked into the cost and dismissed it but a few more weeks of angst saw me sign up to learn how to meditate.  The deep inner peace and calm was transformational.  Over the course of a few months, the over-analysis, turmoil and pain disappeared.  I enjoy all types of meditation and select each depending on what I know I will enjoy at that time.”

Tiffany trained with BSoM to become an externally accredited meditation teacher because…

“Having such a positive experience of meditation, I wanted to share it with the world so sought an accredited course in the UK.  I believe BSoM may have been the only accredited meditation teacher course.  I researched them and felt comfortable with their ethos and approach.”

What she loved about the training was…

"I loved everything about the course, especially spending time with like minded individuals whose quality of life had improved with regular meditation".

About Tiffany’s business…

“I run a health and wellbeing centre that provides a safe, nurturing space for learning new skills and/or receiving restorative treatments.  I am passionate about teaching individuals to support the union of their body and mind through breath work, meditation, yoga, energy medicine and more”.

Tiffanys favourite aspect of teaching is…

“I am a good listener so when a prospective client makes contact and asks for help, I spring into action.  I love watching their transformation from seemingly helpless, low mood, suffering poor health etc to empowered and making giant leaps to improve every aspect of their life.  I am so privileged to do this for ‘work”.

And finally, Tiffany says…

“Thank you BSoM for enabling a wonderful community of enlightened souls”.
