If you struggle to meditate or stick to a routine, this 5-week course is designed for you.
During this course, you will learn how to meditate your way—through simple, approachable techniques that make practice feel natural, not forced.
Over five weeks, we will try out a range of different meditation styles so that you can build a personalised, sustainable practice that helps you manage stress, calm anxiety, and strengthen resilience in a busy, demanding world. You will also learn more about the amazing benefits of meditation and how it can change your brain!
Each session introduces a new style—mindfulness, mantra, breathing practices, visualisation, compassion practices, and more—helping you find a way of meditating that works for you, and creating a healthier relationship with your mind and self.
You will receive recordings after every session, plus ongoing support from your teacher to help you build confidence and stay consistent between classes too!

Feeling overwhelmed, distracted, or constantly ‘on’?
This Foundation 1 Mindfulness Meditation course is designed for beginners and those returning to basics.
You will learn how meditation can help you shift your perspective so you can let go of your worries, understand why you feel anger or anxiety, make peace with your inner critic, and discover the joy of moment-to-moment living.
During this course, you will explore lots of different types and techniques of meditation to help you find the best fit for you, whilst being supported to deal with the various distractions that can affect your experience.
Plus, you will get to know all the amazing health benefits that meditation can bring, as well as discover the incredible positive changes to your brain.
And most importantly, you will be supported in a warm and friendly environment as you build a practice that can be brought into a busy life.
