If you struggled to meditate or stick to a routine, this 5-week course is designed for you.
During this course, you will learn how to meditate your way—through simple, approachable techniques that make practice feel natural, not forced.
Over five weeks, we will try out a range of different meditation styles so that you can build a personalised, sustainable practice that helps you manage stress, calm anxiety, and strengthen resilience in a busy, demanding world.
Each session introduces a new style—mindfulness, mantra, breathing practices, visualisation, compassion practices, and more—helping you find a way of meditating that works for you, and creating a healthier relationship with your mind and self.
You will receive recordings after every session, plus ongoing support from your teacher to help you build confidence and stay consistent between classes too!
