The British School of Meditation has been established to meet the growing need for accredited, qualified meditation teachers. Our accreditation is valid throughout Europe.

How to teach meditation

The British School of Meditation will train you how to teach meditation. The comprehensive course will run over five days of face to face training, plus written assignemts. On the course you will learn to teach meditation to your own groups and within organisations such as schools and businesses.

The course will provide you with the skills you need to be able to teach meditation with confidence. The tutors on the course have been practising and teaching meditation for many years and want to share their knowledge and expertise with you.

You will learn to teach meditation on the course and will be shown how to establish your own business as a meditation teacher.

A meditation teacher is someone who realises that there are real benefits in learning to meditate and wants to pass those benefits on to others.

Discovering you can make a difference to other people through teaching meditation is a real blessing.

The course covers the many of the different methods of meditation to help you discover what works best for you and your students.
