Mary Pearson, Chief Executive and co-founder of The British School of Meditation, has created some downloads of meditations for you to listen to. These downloads are mp3s which you can listen to on your computer/ipad or smart phone.
There are four downloads at the moment, with more to follow.
Track one is a short guided meditation focussing on the breath. Click here to listen or download.
Track two is a traditional breathing exercise known as squared breathing. Click here to listen or download.
Track three helps you calm your breath and your mind by visualising waves gently lapping on the shore. Click here to listen or download.
Track four uses the word ‘calm’ to help you become calm and relaxed. Click here to listen or download.
Choose any track and listen when you have a few minutes to yourself to focus on you. Sit in a relaxed but upright position and gently close your eyes. Enjoy!
