Welcome, my name is Pauline Archer I have been practicing daily meditation for over twenty years and was first introduced to meditation whilst attending yoga classes.  In 2007 I went on to qualify as a yoga teacher and began teaching meditation to my students, family and friends, seeing first-hand how a regular meditation practice brought not only great health benefits but an increased level of clarity and calmness into everyday life.

Having worked for many years in a Corporate Business Lawyer environment I well understand the pressures that can arise in everyday working life and how meditation can really help. However, it was during a difficult time for a family member that meditation really did shine through. By helping to relax the body and calm the mind meditation provided support, focus and a much needed anchor not only for the person affected but also for those closest to them.  It was this that encouraged me to want to teach the benefits of meditation to a wider community and to qualify with The British School of Meditation.

The BSoM course is accredited by The Open College Network South West Region the course is fully externally accredited by Ascentis which has merged with the former accrediting body, AptEd. and is nationally recognised by the Government Agency OFQUAL. Our accreditation covers all of Europe not just the UK.

The course includes face to face training as well as online and home study this course was perfect for me and will fit in well with most lifestyles. This is a very comprehensive, engaging and informative course which has provided me with the tools and confidence to run my own meditation classes and business.

Having qualified with Distinction as a Meditation Teacher in 2012 with BSoM I have since worked with Stockton Borough Council promoting their Better Health at Work Scheme and continue delivering and promoting the benefits of a daily meditation practice to large and small organisations. As well as teaching meditations weekly to my yoga students and 1-2-1 meditations for staff, individuals and groups.

I look forward to hearing from you and offering guidance and support during the course, if you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
